At our core, we perform two simple functions.
Firstly, we find distressed real estate properties in key US markets that meet our strict criteria, buy them up in bulk for a fraction of what they are worth, and rent them out. We then provide our investors with cash flow from rental income 3 times per annum.
99.9% of net rental income is paid to investors.
Secondly, when the real estate market recovers, we’ll look to sell the assets at higher market values and pay our investors healthy returns.
70% of capital gains are paid to investors.
