Each of our target markets has been through our thorough research and financial analysis process which allow us to assess the historic economic indicators and future growth projections.
No markups on Optimus purchased properties.
Unlike many other real estate investment funds, properties are NOT being vended into Optimus at inflated values. All properties are being purchased by Optimus at the LOWER of market value or ORIGINAL purchase price, and values are verified by a third party independent appraisal.

Our 2011 property cap rate forecast is 5.20% based on the net property income divided by the purchase price of the properties, and that only includes 10 months of operations for 23% of our properties.
