We are currently focusing on the fractured condo market in three strategically selected geographical areas including Phoenix, Arizona; Las Vegas, Nevada as well as three cities in Florida: Orlando, Tampa and Miami. Our target acquisitions are properties that have dropped in price by 50% to 70% or more over past two years.
